Born in Poland in 1988, Krzysztof works at the intersection of hospitality, cultural production, and creative project management. His professional background spans international hospitality and hotel management, concert programming, and post-production work in the film industry, giving him a strong practical understanding of both operational logistics and artistic processes.

After living and working across Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, and Korea, Krzysztof settled in Stöðvarfjörður, East Iceland.

As Director of the Fish Factory Creative Centre, he oversees the international residency programme, coordinates community-based projects, and manages the centre’s daily operations. His work also extends to construction planning, budgets, finance administration, and long-term development, supporting the continued transformation of the former fish factory into a sustainable cultural and creative hub.
